My practice has been focused in the area of general litigation and general business advice since 1981, when I graduated from law school. During that time I have handled a number of different cases including cases, involving trust and estate disputes, insurance and reinsurance disputes, construction disputes, real estate issues, banking issues, intellectual property, securities fraud bankruptcy related disputes, debtor-creditor rights, accountants’ malpractice, equipment leasing, corporate and partnership dissolution, employment discrimination and general contractual disputes. I have also specialized in trust and estate litigation.
In the technical area I have worked on a number of matters, including matters involving; the construction and material selection for a nuclear power plant; licensing and patent disputes regarding nuclear fuel; the licensing and performance of various types of software systems; alleged misappropriation of trade secrets; the design and construction of wind turbine generators; leasing of large equipment and microticket leasing.
In addition to litigation, I have also provided business advice to a number of clients in specialized industries and have advised a number of executives regarding employment agreements, non-compete clauses and negotiating severance agreements.
