Elizabeth Schaub

Elizabeth (“Beth”) Schaub advises clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable planning matters. She has over 20 years of experience designing and implementing estate and succession plans, counseling, and advising executors and trustees regarding fiduciary duties, administering estates with values up to and exceeding $100 million, creating and administering charitable entities, and resolving valuation, income, estate, and gift tax issues.

Clients describe Beth as kind and smart who takes a practical approach to complicated situations and strives to make them comfortable during an often stressful process. Beth enjoys assisting her clients to design estate plan that promotes their family’s values and also appreciates the challenge of solving complex situations to her client’s benefit. 

Before joining Harrison LLP, Beth was an attorney Nixon Peabody LLP, Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP and McDermott, Will & Emery LLP.

In her free time, Beth enjoys reading fiction, creative writing and spending time with her husband, daughter and golden retriever.
