Anna Lantelme counsels clients on estate planning, trust administration, and related tax issues.  She also represents clients in complex estate administration matters, including trust consolidation and beneficiary agreements.  She is well-versed in the world of tax-exempt organizations, including both private foundations and public charities.

Anna has over a decade of experience representing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with trust and tax planning, wealth transfer goals, philanthropic endeavors and charitable giving, and trust administration matters. She has also advised non-profit organizations on strategic projects, donor-advised fund issues, international operations and governance, and obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status.

Before joining Harrison & Held, she worked with large law firms, including BakerHostetler and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (formerly Bryan Cave). She earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her B.S. from the College of Charleston.
