Lorna A. McGeorge

Lorna McGeorge helps high-net-worth individuals and families develop appropriate estate plans to maximize and protect the transfer of wealth to future generations.

She advises clients on a wide range of tax, asset protection, and estate planning matters, as well as estate and trust administration issues, individual retirement accounts, and family business planning.

Lorna is experienced in implementing advanced estate planning techniques, including grantor trusts, charitable remainder trusts, insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, dynasty trusts, and inter vivos qualified terminable interest property trusts. Additionally, she has a great deal of experience with all aspects of estate and trust administration and preparing federal estate tax returns.

A frequent writer and author, Lorna is also on the Editorial Board of Florida Bar Journal and News.
