Robert G. Davidson

Robert Davidson represents clients in real estate, corporate, and business law matters. Bob often functions as a business advisor as well as an attorney for his clients. He assists in raising equity capital through private offerings, arranging debt financing, addressing operating issues, and negotiating and documenting the purchase and sale of businesses. He also handles corporate and real estate dispute resolution. 

He has represented condominium converters and has served as turnover and outside legal counsel for numerous condominium and homeowner associations. 

Before joining Harrison LLP, Bob was a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Dykema Gossett PLLC. Prior to Dykema, he headed the Schwartz Cooper Chartered Real Estate Development, Sales and Acquisitions Practice Group. He has been named an Illinois Leading Lawyer since 2004 and was named Service Provider Partner of the Year by Aronson Furniture Company in 2002. He was listed in the University of Wisconsin’s Who’s Who of Professionals in 2006-2007. 

An active member of the community, Bob served as President of the Jewish Council for Youth Services, President of Green Acres County Club, and Vice-Chairman of New Trier High School Hockey Board. He is also a member of the Village of Glencoe Nominating Caucus.
