Steve has decades of experience counseling business owners and operators managing business disputes, employment relations disputes, reductions in force related to economic downturns, renegotiation of bank financing, employment termination disputes and disputes among business owners. Steve has extensive experience in assisting clients working through complex business problems, bringing an experienced, analytical perspective to issues which are sometimes novel to clients.
